YA Prizes 3, 4 & 5, Movie Day, Wii Game Day

NEWS from the YA Corner: July 14, 2008

PRIZES:

We are now entering into week 5 of prizes for teens. 3rd PRIZE: (after June 30) was a coupon from Outerlimits to play a game of blacklight golf. 4th PRIZE: (after July 7) was a coupon from FARR's ice cream for a yummy ice cream cone, 5th PRIZE: (July 14 on) is a coupon from Applebees for a Dessert Shooter. Any prize may be substituted for a free paperback book if you wish. Ask a librarian for help.

DOUBLE POINTS

This week we enter into double points if you have completed 4 challenges.

MOVIE DAYS
Teen movie day often shows the same movie as Movie Magic on Monday. I don't seem to have many teens taking advantage of our PG - PG13 Sci Fi Movies. If teens come I will show the movie we scheduled. I encourage everyone to attend a movie on: Monday @2pm, Wednesday @ 6:30pm or Thurs. @2pm.

Also coming up: Wii Game Day Saturday, July 26 noon-4pm. Again sponsored by Game Crazy. This will be an ALL AGES event.
