TAG inivites you to pAiNT yOuR mUG Wed., Dec. 5 from 4-5pm. Carol from Creative Arts Studio will be coming to provide instruction, ceramic paints and later fire your creations. Bring a mug to paint!
Creative Writing, now known as : Literally Talented Teens will be meeting every other Wed. from 4-5pm. Next meeting will be Dec. 12.
TAG is having a HOLIDAY PARTY Wed., Dec. 19 from 4-5pm. Bring a treat to share and a 'white elephant', funky, random or otherwise cheap gift (not to exceed $5 if you have to buy one) to share. We'll play some kind of game, so you have no idea what you'll end up with. Everyone is invited to share in the holiday spirit with us!
THE GOLDEN COMPASS I've been asked what we plan to do about Philip Pullman's book that will be soon released as a movie.... I'd like to hear comments from teens about what you thought about the book, if you've read it, and your feelings about the latest local controversy surrounding it..... (check out the Idaho State Journal November 27, 2007 front page, Nov. 29, 2007 p. A-5 -letter to editor, Dec. 1, 2007 p. C-3) You can post your comment to this blog and I will publish anything that is written in good taste and not inflammatory.
