Long time, no post. Still waiting to get this blog linked to the teen page, but it will be someday. Meanwhile, Saturday March 10 will be our first Console Gaming Day. After talking to staff at the local gaming store, I realized that for library use, we would be more successful to do console gaming. Computer gaming requires lots of updates and additional software that we aren't likely to spend library funds on.
Soooooooo...... Saturday will be the test. As I've been told, sometimes you just have to "wing it". Sometimes a tough thing to do when you like things all lined out and organized, like I do. (And no, I did not say "control freak" or perfectionist or anything else negative!)
Oh yeah, we expect to have some x-boxes, play stations and games of "T" for Teen rating. Likely some snacks as well. Rumor has it we may have "Guitar Hero"......
